BEC Manufacturing is very competitive - the factory handles large production runs of Double sided PTH and single sided boards, as well as the fast prototype service. The boards are NC routed, and can be made up in press out panels to make component stuffing more economical. Both Surface mount and conventional PCBs are manufactured by BEC.

BEC Manufacturing produce Double sided Plated-Through-Hole (PTH) Printed Circuit Boards, or single sided if required. The Printed Circuit Boards are normally finished with photo imageable Solder mask (standard colour Green) over bare copper (SMOBC), on both sides of the PCB with PTH boards. The Pads on the PCB are solder tinned with hot oil levelling, and are suitable for Conventional through-hole components, or Surface mount. You can also have a component silkscreen on the PCB (Standard colour white, on component side of PCB). The PCB's are manufactured in a 10.6 x 16.6 inch panel, and the individual PCB's within the panel are routed apart using a 2.4mm wide NC routing tool. Standard tolerances: Drill sizes 0.6mm to 3.175mm, 10 thou track width, 10 thou gaps.

Two identical 10.6 x 16.6 inch panels of PCB's would cost $309.00+$63.00=$372.
